With a degree in mechanical and electrical engineering and active Class A and Class B contractor licenses, Jeff brings a technical edge to every project that sets Cefalia Development apart from traditional builders. He is also a licensed real estate broker, giving clients end to end expertise from acquisition through delivery and sale.
